I recently bought a saxophone from La Musa and decided to consolidate my shipping by having them include the other items I purchased in the same box. One of these items was a heavy-duty stand. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the saxophone dented, and the lower key was non-functional. It's unclear whether the damage occurred during shipping due to the packing decision or if the instrument was already damaged when dispatched. What's most disconcerting is that this was supposed to be a brand-new saxophone, yet it requires repairs straight out of the box. I reached out to La Musa, hoping they would address the issue and offer a replacement, but I have been met with silence, receiving no response to my concerns. My experience compels me to caution others: please consider this a warning before making a purchase from this shop/vendor. Your excitement for a new instrument should not be marred by the disappointment of receiving a damaged product and inadequate customer service
