JOOLZ HAVE DECLINED A REFUND DESPITE CONSPICUOUS DELAY and confirmation of order
Good morning,
I´m bringing to you again my claim to cancel the ORDER 00435682, RE-20-25-2915. I am asking for a refund taking into account the following issues:
1. The product, a buggy roller AER/AER + has not been delivered yet
2 .I have tried several times to contact you by telephone to explain the situation unsuccessfully .
3. There was a commitment to serve the product in 2/3 days . I ordered the roller on 5th September and it has not been served yet. It was needed urgently so I had to search for it everywhere in shops in Madrid or Barcelona( I live in Córdoba), finally I found one in stock in Madrid and I have already got the roller.
Those are the reasons why I required a refund. I am looking for your answer in due time.
