Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the purchase of a Wickey playground, as the overall experience has been completely unsatisfactory.
Firstly, the product arrives with all parts mixed together and without any form of identification. None of the wooden pieces are labeled, which forces the customer to manually measure each part in order to match it with the instruction manual. This process is extremely inefficient and resulted in several hours of unnecessary work.
In addition, the wood is neither pre-drilled nor marked to indicate where holes should be made. This requires constant measuring and significantly increases the risk of errors during assembly.
The situation is made worse by the screws, which are all delivered in a single bag without any classification. It is necessary to measure each screw individually to determine where it should be used, which is completely unacceptable for a product of this type.
Furthermore, the order tracking service does not function properly. From the moment the product was shipped, the status showed “Delivery on hold,” and the tracking page failed to provide reliable or useful updates.
Overall, both the product and the purchasing experience fall well below acceptable quality standards. A basic system for labeling parts, organizing screws, and marking drill points would have prevented all of these issues.
I request that you address this matter urgently and provide an appropriate solution. I also strongly recommend reviewing your packaging and quality control processes to prevent other customers from facing the same situation.
