We ordered a PC that should have arrived in 1 or 2 days but never arrived. We contacted Lenovo who told us the courier had been trying to deliver but couldn't find the address. We contacted the courier who said they couldn't find the address. Later the courier told us that they had actually found the address and it was delivered it days ago. Delivered where? We have been calling the courier and Lenovo to try and sort this out. The courier said they will come to see us yesterday and they didn't show up or call. It has been up to us to keep calling around repeatedly. This is unacceptable. We will ask the credit card company to charge back the payment and buy from somewhere else.
