I am waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive on August 11, 2023.
I saw on the MOBEL portal that it is in their warehouse in ALICANTE SINCE August 4, 2023. Since then it is being prepared for delivery to the final destination (45 minutes from their warehouse). I wrote to MOBIL, in their internal chat area in on August 9 and I requested a delivery time.
As of the date I am writing to you, I have not received any reply.
I requested support from your company on chat.
The operator...unfortunately can't help me with anything, even though what I asked them was within the duties and responsibility of your company.
If you don't control the delivery logistics... why bother to get impressions from customers?
